The individuals eligible for scholarship are:

·      Former residents of Delwood Children’s Home,

·      Orphans of Delaware County,

·      Children of dysfunctional families who reside in Delaware County, or

·      Any resident of Delaware County who demonstrates a financial need and an educational plan that cannot be met without the aid of the Scholarship.
