 This Scholarship honors of Mr. Bill Rietz and his long-standing commitment and dedication to the youth of the community and the aquatics programs in and around the City and County of Delaware throughout the past 30years.For graduating seniors from Delaware County High Schools who have been D.A.R.T.S. (Delaware Aquatic Racing Team Stingrays) participants to help further their education at an accredited college or university.
