OUR STORY
In 2011, Jane Martin and Sue Mahler formed Women Giving Together, a giving circle to support some of the unfilled needs in Delaware County. Since then, WGT has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants to local charitable organizations.
WGT is made up of women who pool their donations (individual $1,100) and collectively decide where to grant our dollars in an enjoyable, inclusive, and social atmosphere. By combining funds, we make a far greater impact than with smaller, individual donations.
We are fortunate to be affiliated with the Delaware County Foundation, which manages our funds and assists us with contacting nonprofits that are trying to help those in need.
